Our lifestyles and dog breeds

We usually fall in love with dogs based upon their appearance unless we've had personal experiences with their temperament.  All of these breeds are apartment-sized dogs (extra small - 10 pounds or less; small 10 to 25 pounds), but depending on their exercise requirements, some prove to be too high energy for our lifestyles or too high maintenance in regards to their grooming needs.  Before adopting, make sure that your lifestyle is comparable to each dog's exercise and grooming needs.  Read more...
